Can I use my own model keys?

Yes. Verified BYOK connections pay the provider directly. Shipsite still charges the orchestration fee for contracts, checks, evidence, and delivery, and does not add provider-cost credits for that usage.

Will chat approve production for me?

No. Dijiang can prepare work and explain blockers. Production, payments, ad spend, and external publishing stay on their own gated surfaces.

Do I have to connect GitHub and Cloudflare first?

No. Paid plans can plan and preview on Shipsite-managed infrastructure. Connect GitHub or Cloudflare when you want source or production in accounts you control.
