Dijiang, the site assistant

Dijiang coordinates. It can read project status, artifacts, launch checks, and recent failures, then answer or start governed work. It cannot approve a gate, publish production, spend ad budget, or complete an external login for you.

What Dijiang can do

Ask why a stage is blocked, which artifact a gate is bound to, what a QA failure means, or whether a connection is verified. Dijiang can also dispatch in-scope work such as a governed rerun after you confirm the estimate.

  • Reads current project state, not a hallucinated dashboard.
  • Shows tool activity while a long turn runs.
  • Accepts mid-turn steering without hiding the original receipt.
Studio while planning a Pomodoro Timer site: Kuafu is assembling the first documents and a remaining-time estimate is visible.
After you enter a keyword, planning writes into Studio as it finishes. An empty library with a live lane and ETA is a real state.

What chat cannot replace

Gate approvals, production release, merchant payments, ad spend, external publishing, CAPTCHA, and account mutations stay in their own surfaces. If Dijiang prepares a pack for one of those actions, a human still has to finish it.
