How are task credits calculated?
Shipsite shows an estimated charge and reserves a model-aware maximum before execution. After the task completes, it settles the shared orchestration fee plus actual Shipsite-paid model and data usage. Unused reserved credits return automatically; automated retries never add a second orchestration fee.
Are builds charged twice?
No. Shipsite uses one credit balance. A task has one execution service fee and one dynamic settlement; internal task records are supporting evidence, not separate billing units.
How does using my own provider account work?
Connect your own supported API key, eligible Coding Plan, or market-data account on any plan, including Free. That provider bills usage or subscription quota directly, so Shipsite does not add model or data credits for it. Shipsite still charges its execution service fee for review, quality checks, evidence, storage, retries, and delivery handoffs.
Are Radar and keyword research paid features?
Public Product Radar and emerging / established keyword snapshots stay open as research proof. Paid plans help you act on those signals with complete site work, site data, monitoring, and more control over who does the work.
When do credits reset?
Free credits are a one-time lifetime grant. Included paid-plan credits reset monthly. Purchased top-ups roll forward and do not reset with the monthly allowance.
Who owns the generated code?
You do. Free can publish a watermarked Shipsite preview but cannot export code; paid plans unlock code export. Production launches and external account changes still require explicit approval.
How is Portfolio different from Agency?
Portfolio is a self-serve subscription for one owner operating a first-party site portfolio within the published allowance. Agency and Team work—seats, client handoff, invoicing, onboarding, and a tailored support scope—remains contact-only.
Are taxes included?
Displayed prices exclude applicable taxes. Checkout collects the required billing address and tax ID, then Stripe Tax calculates tax for the buyer's location.
