Shipsite.ai provides AI-assisted workflows for generating research, a product plan, route matrix, SEO copy, deployable code, audit evidence, and launch approvals. Generated outputs must be reviewed before production use.

- No guaranteed ranking, traffic, revenue, instant indexing, or third-party acceptance.
- Production deploys, payments, external submissions, destructive changes, and public claims require explicit approval.
- Portfolio is a single-owner self-serve subscription. Agency and Team engagements remain contact-only for seats, client handoff, invoicing, onboarding, and tailored support.
- Users retain ownership of their inputs and project content subject to service operating rights.

- Paid plans renew automatically for the disclosed monthly or annual term until canceled. Prices exclude applicable tax unless checkout says otherwise. Cancel through the customer portal before renewal; access continues through the paid term.
- Shipsite may suspend or terminate access for material breach, unlawful use, security risk, fraud, abuse, non-payment, or threats to the service. Users may stop use and cancel subscriptions at any time; durable deletion follows the Privacy Policy and available deletion controls.
- Acceptable use prohibits unlawful content, malware, credential theft, unauthorized access, abusive automation, deceptive public claims, infringement, and attempts to bypass approvals, quotas, or security controls.
- Customer inputs remain customer property. Customers grant Shipsite a limited right to process them to provide, secure, support, and improve the service. Subject to third-party rights and payment, customers own generated project outputs; Shipsite retains its pre-existing platform, templates, and tooling.
- The service and AI outputs are provided without warranties of uninterrupted availability, accuracy, fitness, non-infringement, ranking, revenue, or third-party acceptance to the maximum extent permitted by law. Users must review outputs, licenses, security, and legal compliance before use.
- Limitation of liability: to the maximum extent permitted by law, Nextfield Labs LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit/data damages. Aggregate liability is limited to amounts paid for the affected service during the 12 months before the event; mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
- Users indemnify Nextfield Labs LLC against third-party claims arising from unlawful inputs, deployed content, infringement, account misuse, or breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Wyoming, except where mandatory consumer law grants you the right to sue in your place of residence.
