Version 2026-07-27 · Effective 2026-07-27 · Operational compliance baseline (counsel review pending)

- No guaranteed ranking, traffic, revenue, instant indexing, or third-party acceptance.
- Production deploys, payments, external submissions, destructive changes, and public claims require explicit approval.
- Portfolio is a single-owner self-serve subscription. Agency and Team engagements remain contact-only for seats, client handoff, invoicing, onboarding, and tailored support.
- Users retain ownership of their inputs and project content subject to service operating rights.
- The contracting service operator is Nextfield Labs LLC. Contact: hello@shipsite.ai.
- Paid plans renew automatically for the disclosed monthly or annual term until canceled. Prices exclude applicable tax unless checkout says otherwise. Cancel through the customer portal before renewal; access continues through the paid term.
- Shipsite may suspend or terminate access for material breach, unlawful use, security risk, fraud, abuse, non-payment, or threats to the service. Users may stop use and cancel subscriptions at any time; durable deletion follows the Privacy Policy and available deletion controls.
- Acceptable use prohibits unlawful content, malware, credential theft, unauthorized access, abusive automation, deceptive public claims, infringement, and attempts to bypass approvals, quotas, or security controls.
- Customer inputs remain customer property. Customers grant Shipsite a limited right to process them to provide, secure, support, and improve the service. Subject to third-party rights and payment, customers own generated project outputs; Shipsite retains its pre-existing platform, templates, and tooling.
- The service and AI outputs are provided without warranties of uninterrupted availability, accuracy, fitness, non-infringement, ranking, revenue, or third-party acceptance to the maximum extent permitted by law. Users must review outputs, licenses, security, and legal compliance before use.
- Limitation of liability: to the maximum extent permitted by law, Nextfield Labs LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit/data damages. Aggregate liability is limited to amounts paid for the affected service during the 12 months before the event; mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
- Users indemnify Nextfield Labs LLC against third-party claims arising from unlawful inputs, deployed content, infringement, account misuse, or breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
- Governing law, venue, and any arbitration mechanism require final counsel confirmation before contractual rollout; no arbitration waiver is asserted by this operational draft.
