What a generated site already gets
The site template serves /llms.txt from the same route contract as the sitemap. Content audit fails a page that ships visible FAQ entries without a FAQPage JSON-LD block. SEO strategy must state which AI crawlers are invited and whether every indexable page opens with an extractable answer.
What shipsite.ai was missing
The marketing site had bilingual docs, but no llms.txt, no TechArticle or HowTo schema on those docs, and a generic robots.txt. Asking customers to ship GEO while the factory homepage could not be cited cleanly was a product bug, not a branding choice.
What changed
shipsite.ai now serves /llms.txt, /llms-full.txt, and /docs/llms.txt. robots.txt names GPTBot, OAI-SearchBot, ChatGPT-User, PerplexityBot, ClaudeBot, Google-Extended, and anthropic-ai. Docs pages emit schema that matches the visible FAQ and steps. Google does not require a special GEO markup. These files exist so people and agents can quote the same facts the UI already shows.
