One job, not an industry
The cheapest way to waste a run is to type “AI” or “marketing”. The factory needs a job a visitor would search: invoice generator, interval timer, sourdough hydration calculator. Radar and keyword mining exist to hand you that kind of term, not to replace judgment.
Contracts before chrome
Research, search strategy, product strategy, and copy freeze decide which pages deserve to exist. Design and code are judged against that freeze. If the page matrix is a doorway set, the run should stop at the PRD gate rather than decorate a thin site.
The launch receipt is the product
Preview is labeled not-live. Production names the version, the QA result, the deploy manifest, the smoke check, and the URL. Rollback points at an earlier immutable version. That chain is what later agents—and later you—can audit. A homepage screenshot without this chain is not a shipped site.
